FAQ
- What happened to Fakespot?
- Mozilla acquired Fakespot and later shut down the public analyzer many shoppers used. People still search for a Fakespot alternative to understand Amazon reviews before they buy.
- Does They Counted detect fake Amazon reviews?
- No. We read real reviews and count yes-or-no answers to clear questions—would buy again, worth the price, broke, and others—then show the quotes behind each count.
- How is this different from ReviewMeta or Fakespot?
- Those tools tried to grade review authenticity. We skip the letter grade and show how many reviewers answered each question, with short quotes you can read yourself.
- Is this an amazon review checker?
- Yes, in the sense that you can check what Amazon reviewers actually said: search a product, see yes-or-no totals, and read quotes. We do not assign a fake-review score.
- How do I check Amazon reviews for a product?
- Use the search box on this page. If we have counted that product, you get tallies for questions like would buy again and worth the price, plus sample quotes from real reviews.
- Is there a fake amazon review checker here?
- We are not a fake-review detector. If you want a ReviewMeta alternative that shows counts instead of a letter grade, this page is built for that.
- What is a good ReviewMeta alternative?
- They Counted focuses on what reviewers said yes or no to—repeat purchase intent, value, durability—so you can judge for yourself without a black-box authenticity score.
