In short

Minecraft on Switch is a build-and-survive sandbox that, going by the counts, does what it promises and mostly feels worth the money.

Good for

Anyone who wants a flexible game to play solo or with family, at home on the TV or handheld on the go.

Watch for

It was a mixed bag on beating expectations, so go in expecting the classic Minecraft experience rather than a big surprise.

The counts

Each row is a yes-or-no question. Not every review answered every question.
