In short
This collapsible MalloMe LED lantern runs on three AAA batteries, and the counts lean strongly toward it working as described and being worth the money.
Good for
Campers, and anyone building an emergency kit who wants a small, simple lantern that tucks into a bag or drawer.
Watch for
A small number of buyers reported it failing or stopping, so test it when it arrives and stock batteries, since none are included.
