In short

This corded, under-4-pound Bissell stick vacuum doubles as a handheld, and the counts lean clearly positive on performance, value, and durability.

Good for

Anyone in a dorm or apartment who wants a light, no-battery vacuum for fast pickups on hard floors and low-pile rugs.

Watch for

Opinion is a bit more split on whether it beats expectations, so treat it as a light-duty helper rather than a main vacuum.
