In short

These slim black velvet hangers come in a 50-pack, and the counts point to a dependable closet basic that does what it says.

Good for

Anyone redoing a crowded closet who wants matching, space-saving hangers for shirts, blazers, and slacks at a fair price.

Watch for

A few people found them only about as good as expected rather than better, so don't count on a big surprise.
