In short
AG1 is a single-scoop greens powder combining multivitamin, probiotic, and superfood blend, and the counts lean clearly positive on results and rebuying.
Good for
People who want one simple daily scoop in place of juggling several supplements, and who don't mind paying premium pricing.
Watch for
Value is not unanimous, and few people said it beat their expectations, so go in expecting solid rather than amazing.
Each row is a yes-or-no question. Not every review answered every question.
