Yes. A reasonable pick for a Gotenks starter deck; counts lean positive, though the sample is small.

In short

This is a ready-to-play Dragon Ball Super card game starter deck built around SS3 Gotenks, and the counts lean mostly positive.

Good for

New players or Gotenks fans who want a pre-built deck with foil Leader and Z cards and don't want to buy singles.

Watch for

Feedback is limited and a few people found it only so-so on value and on doing the job, so don't expect a sure thing.
