In short

This is a 3-pack of 8.5-inch all-purpose scissors, and the counts point to a dependable set that does the job and holds up.

Good for

Anyone who wants a few sturdy pairs for boxes, paper, fabric and crafts, from teachers to home sewers.

Watch for

Not everyone felt they beat expectations, so treat them as a solid everyday set rather than a surprise upgrade.
