Yes. A decent pick for Goku fans wanting a foil starter deck, though the price feel is mixed.

In short

This is a foil-design Fusion World starter deck with two Son Goku Leaders, and the counts lean mildly positive but the sample is small.

Good for

Dragon Ball card fans who want a ready-to-play foil deck and a guaranteed bonus pack to start Fusion World.

Watch for

Value is split and none of the counts say it beat expectations, so keep your hopes in check.
