In short

The ZELUS weighted vest is an adjustable iron-sand vest from 6 to 30 lb, and the counts lean strongly positive on performance and value.

Good for

Anyone adding resistance to walking, running or bodyweight training who wants an adjustable fit for chest sizes around 31.5 to 45 inches.

Watch for

Whether it beats expectations is more mixed, so treat it as a reliable basic rather than a standout.
