In short

This is a 10mm foam yoga and fitness mat with a carry strap, and the counts lean clearly positive on value and durability.

Good for

Beginners and home exercisers who want extra cushioning for yoga, Pilates, or stretching on hard floors.

Watch for

Fewer people felt it beat their expectations, so treat it as a dependable basic mat rather than a standout.
