In short

This is a set of five loop bands in graded resistance with a guide and bag, and the counts lean clearly positive on durability and performance.

Good for

Beginners and intermediate exercisers, or anyone doing stretching, rehab or home strength work who wants a portable multi-level set.

Watch for

Few found it better than expected, so treat it as a dependable basic set rather than a standout.
