In short

This Hiearcool two-pack of IPX8 waterproof phone pouches fits large phones with cases on, and the counts point to it doing its job well.

Good for

Anyone heading to the beach, pool, or on a cruise who wants a cheap way to keep a phone dry, or a spare for a travel partner.

Watch for

The sample is small, so treat the clean record as encouraging rather than proof it will hold up through heavy, repeated submersion.

The counts

Each row is a yes-or-no question. Not every review answered every question.
