In short

This small aluminum adapter turns a USB-A port into USB-C, and the counts point to it doing that job reliably with no sign of early failure.

Good for

Anyone with USB-C cables or devices who still has older USB-A ports on a laptop, car charger, hub, or power bank.

Watch for

It's USB 2.0 only, so no video output and no fast charging like PD, and the 'better than expected' counts are split.

The counts

Each row is a yes-or-no question. Not every review answered every question.
